Apple beat HTC in court, to obviously ban any products of Android tablet, or smartphone

A controversial court decision that Apple could lead to profitable sales ban on all mobile phones and Google Android tablets in the U.S..

Apple has won the initial decision of a U.S. trade panel that Taiwanese handset maker, HTC, breaking two of his patent.

HTC uses Google's Android operating system for mobile phones and the case is being closely watched by the mobile device market.

Initial verdict had soured because it is one of the first between Apple and other mobile phone makers who use Android.

The win could bring Apple's sue another Android handset maker or a request to the U.S. import ban against HTC, according to The Guardian reported.

The patent relates to data processing and cover the action, such as the device identifies the telephone number and ask to call them.

Apple is not happy because Android has a similar server analyzer to detect the structure in the data.

VentureBeat reported a patent expert Florian Mueller said, "I have seen the patent before and they seem very fundamental."
