If previously had discussed the secret code of the iPhone, BlackBerry and Android, maybe the secret code below is information too late, but better late than not at all informed, because we know there are many users of Palm Pre

Here are all of the Pre Specific hash codes that I have confirmed. There are more out there, so I will keep hunting, and edit this post as I find more. This one does not include the treo/centro codes that do not work.

Enables/disables TTY.

##GPS# (477)
This will give you location, altitude, speed, and accuracy information gathered via GPS.

##RTN# (786)
This the Phone Information page. It tells you how many minutes the unit has on it, how much data has transpired, the warranty date, ESN, phone number, software and hardware revisions, refurbished status, etc. Note: Please be careful with the options in the pull-down menu.

##DEBUG# (33284)
CDMA phone info screen, which contains a bunch of technical data on your curent signal and tower connection. Signal strength is given as RSSI, which stands for Received Signal Strength Indicator. The closer to zero the RSSI value, the better the signal.

##EVDO# (3836)
Launches EVDO Settings. It gives you the options to force your pre into the following options: 1xRTT only, EVDO Rev 0 only, Hybrid Rev 0, EVDO only, or Hybrid Rev A (meaning pick the best available). Hybrid Rev A is likely to get you the best speed, but if you don't have good reception in your area, you may want to choose something else to conserve battery life.

##DATA# (3282)
This stores all of your Sprint Data login information, including default gateway, etc. I don't recommend changing these settings unless your data services are not working.

##VPON# (8766)
Voice privacy enabled.

##VPOFF# (87633)
Voice privacy disabled.

##(MSL)# (Whatever your phone's MSL is)
This allows you to see/change your number. Do NOT change this to a number without notifying Sprint, or your phone will no longer work.

Tip and Tricks for Palm OS Treo Centro

 I wanted to pass on some Palm OS Treo/Centro tricks I've discovered, most of which are built right into this wonderful OS, but many are not so obvious at first glance
 
Here all the list :
Quickly access Recently Accessed Applications: Press and hold the Applications button and a list of the last 8 most recently used applications will appear. If you continue holding the Apps button down, the highlighted (previous) app will open.

Create New Memo or ToDo on the fly: When in the build in "Memo" or "Tasks" applications, if you just start typing anything on your keyboard, a "New" Memo or ToDo will automatically be launched.

Toggle Keyboard KeyGuard: Hit the Option button (lower left "dot" button) + Power (Red) button.

Turn off Keyboard backlight and dim the screen all at once: Option button + right Menu button.

Alternative "Enter" button: If your on the Home Apps screen, if you hit the spacebar, whatever app is highlighted will launch. The functionality of the Spacebar varies a bit from app to app.

Perform a "Tab" function (same as the "Tab" key on your computer): When in a text field, hit Shift + Spacebar.

Global find: Hit Option + Shift, to search through all applications for specific words, especially in Calendar, Contacts, Tasks and Memo.

Global Shortcuts (This functions on my Verizon Centro, but doesn't on my Treo 680): From the "Favorites" screen within the Phone Application, hit the Menu button to create a new Favorite and assign it a "Quick Key". Then when in any screen or application, if you hold down the apps assigned Favorite Quick Key, the corresponding app will launch. This is very cool, because you can create "Favorites" for a phone numbers or a web sites or any application, and use this method to quickly launch it. Note: The only time I've found that the Favorite Quick Key won't launch Globally is if you are in a text screen at the time.

Quickly access Symbols: When in a text screen, just hit the Alt key and the symbol list will pop up. To quickly select your symbol choice, hit the Spacebar.

Additional Alt Key function, such as Smiley Faces: When in a text screen, type in a symbol, such as a Colon, then hit Alt. For example, if you hit Option key + K (for a colon), then hit the Alt key, you will see some Smiley Face choices pop up :-)

Populate a Contact name and phone number into a New Appointment: When in the Calendar, on the "One Day" screen, tab in one of the lines on the screen to create an appointment, then hit the Menu key + the letter "L". This will launch the Contact Lookup screen, from there you choose the Contact and tab the "Add" button. Note: The given contact must contain a phone number, or that contact will not be listed on the Lookup screen.

Quick Access to the Alert Screen: When you miss an alert or snooze an alarm, a little Bell icon will blink in the upper left corner. Press and hold the center button of the 5-way navigation and the alerts dialog window opens.

Nine (9) built-in Advanced Calculators: Open the Calculator application and then push the right side of the 5-way navigator to toggle through the 9 calculators (Trig, Finance, Logic, Statistics, Weight/Temperature, Length, Area, Volume, Math). If you exit the program on one of these 9 calculators, the same one will launch when you return to the calculator application. Press the left side of the 5-way navigator to return to the normal calculator. These calcs can be accessed via Menu/Options as well.

Last number redial: While in the main phone screen, hold down the Green Send button and the last number you called will redial.

Quickly call the person you are texting: When you are texting someone, if you want to quickly call them, hit the Green Send button.

For a Contact Favorite, quickly show all their phone numbers (home, work, cell, etc.):Add a Contact as a Favorite, then on the Favorite sceen, with that Contact Favorite highlighted, hit the Spacebar, and you will see the additional phone numbers pop up for that contact.

Adjust the screen brightness on the fly: From any screen, hit Option + P.

URL Address Field jump: While in the Blazer Browser, hit the Spacebar and it will take you back up to the URL Address field.

To Refresh Pages in Blazer: Hit Option + R.

Load a Fresh copy of a Web Page: To cause a fresh copy of Web pages to appear every time you initially access them, do the following: Note: This configuration may slow down Web Page access a bit...In the Blazer Browser, go to Options/Preferences, then go to the Advanced tab on the top. Check the box "Clear cache on exit". This should cause Blazer to get a fresh copy each time a page is initially accessed. Performance may go down a bit because the function of caching is to speed up browsing by not having to reload images and info that was previously accessed.

Make Auto Follow Your Followers on Twitter

Previously Amateur discussed tips on how to Updating your Facebook and Twitter with Google Talk maybe you're busy but want twitter to stay awake. Now Amateur here want to share how to keep us awake and twitter can automatically follow people who have followed you.
Applying the principle of "What you want others to do to you, do that to others.", then if you want your followers to stay following with you, then you can also follow them (sounds confusing?), this makes your followers feel important and would love following you.

So here are the steps on how to automatically follow someone when they follow you:

1. Go to SocialOomph, and "Register" if don't have any account on SocialOomph

2. If not register select 'register', fill up the registration form with you contact and bio preferences, note that the username and password you enter on SocialOomph is different or must be different from your twitter account.

3. Then after you have account, Activate your account registration by clicking the verification email on your email's inbox. (After clicking the verification link, you will be redirected to their Newsletter Signup page, you can optionally subscribe if you want or prefer not.)

4. Login to SocialOomph and on the side menu options, Hover your mouse to Social Accounts->Add New Account->Add Twitter, add your id twitter account here.

5. Click on "Authorize Access", (it will redirect you to your Twitter account if your already login, and if not, then you will be asked to login first), then click on "Allow".

6. After Allowing SocialOOmph to access your twitter account you will be redirected again to your Twitter Automation Settings, Tick or check the "Automatically Follow People" box  (optionally you can also create an automated welcome message to your follower.).

7. Done..., That's it,  from now on every person who will follow your twitter on a follow by your automatic.

Updating your Facebook and Twitter with Google Talk

Here are the ways I've learned to update your Facebook and your Twitter status using a Gtalk.It's easy way that only just 4 Step to do.

Here are the ways you can do it:

1. Go to http://ping.fm, login (if you don't have user id please signup)



2. When you are logged in, please add your Facebook account and twitter.Select "Add Network" select Facebook, allow ping.fm to singkronisasi with your Facebook account, as well as to your twitter account.



3. After ping.fm connect with your Facebook and Twitter, please log into GTalk / Jabber
Add pingbot@bots.ping.fm on your Gtalk buddy list. send message "verify-f75xxxxxxxxxxxx" to pingbot@bots.ping.fm on your gtalk to verify your gtalk



4. To update your Facebook and Twitter simultaneously, please send us a message through you to pingbot@bots.ping.fm Gtalk, Facebook and Twitter is then automatically updated by the messages you send

Update Facebook Status Messages from google talk

The Google talk Sync Facebook application allows you to update your Facebook status from the Google Talk status line. Just change Your G talk Status and Your facebook status is updated.

The following Method Connects your Google talk account and facebook account without requiring you to sign Up at other Social Networking Sites like Twitter or Ping.fm. Following are the Steps Involved :

1. Add This facebook application in Your Facebook profile.

2. Go here and create a G talk Badge for your profile.

3. Remember to check on The checkbox “ Show Your Status Message “ In The G talk Badge you are creating.After that click “Update Badge”



4. Copy The code That You are provided and place the code In The Facebook application Box page as shown below



5.Enter an optional “Prefix” So you could set your prefix to “is”, and then “working” in Google would end up as “is working” on Facebook. “Is” or “says: ” are good options.

6. Grant the Facebook application permission to Sync Messages to Update your Facebook status. Otherwise it won’t work.

Okay all The geeky parts are Over. Now sign In to Google talk and after That save Your facebook App. You should see Your G talk status online in the facebook app.



Now Change your Google talk Status Message and You should see the facebook status Updating straight away.



This method doesn’t require you to sign up anywhere else and just connect your facebook and google talk accounts. All Your other social network profiles are not affected.

Facebook with Zero data Fees or Free

Facebook just got a lot more accessible to international users. The social network has launched 0.facebook.com, a special mobile-only site that can be accessed free of charge on select carriers. The lightweight site omits photos but includes core functionality like News Feed, status updates, profile Walls and messaging.  And most important, Facebook has partnered with over 50 mobile carriers to offer free access to the site, without any data fees.
Not to be confused with the now defunct Facebook Lite, Facebook 0 was originally announced back in February (when it was called ‘Zero’). Facebook has presumably been hammering out deals with carriers since then, and it has quite a few on board with more on the way (you can see a list of countries supported in Facebook’s blog post or the table below).
This mobile site could play a big role in Facebook’s growth going forward, especially given the predictions that browser-equipped mobile phones will be more abundant than PCs in the not-too-distant future. For some people, 0.facebook.com will probably be their only Facebook experience — it may even be the only mobile site they’re accessing from their cell phones.

If you’re in the United States though, don’t bother pulling out your phone to check out the site for yourself — none of the US carriers are on board.

If you see someone you want to follow, just click “Follow on Twitter,” log in, and they’ll be added to your following list in Twitter. This integration is based on Twitter’s new @anywhere frameworks, which make it easy for any site to add Twitter functionality. We’re using the frameworks to provide dynamic information about Twitter accounts and one-click following.

The lists in Google Follow Finder are generated using public following and follower lists on Twitter. For example, if you follow CNN and the New York Times on Twitter, and most people who follow CNN and the New York Times also tend to follow TIME, we'll suggest TIME as a “Tweep you might like.” The list of “Tweeps with similar followers” is simply a list of accounts with similar follower lists to yours.
