Well-known BBC television station recently broadcast a documentary, "Secrets of Superbrands', which examines how a brand has a significant influence on the lives of consumers. In the documentary, a fanatical fan of Apple undergo an MRI scan which can show the workings of his brain when looking at Apple products and other brands.

Enthusiasts, Alex Brooks, was an editor of World of Apple who is very obsessed with technology giants from Cupertino. Researchers later discovered when looking at pictures of Apple products, brain reaction similar to reaction Brooks devout religious believers now see things relating to their religion. Similarly, as reported by CNN on Friday (20/05/2011).

"We saw there were many changes in his brain when he (Brooks) to see Apple products, it was incredible,"says Gemma Calvert of neuroscientists at the University of Warwick.

The results of this study indicate that a person against religious fanaticism or the brand was derived from the same part of the brain. This applies not only to lovers of Apple, but all those who have a tremendous loyalty to any brand.

That is, it can be concluded that to succeed, companies must be able to find a way to activate the brain. That way, companies will have a loyal customer and always look forward to their latest products.
