Jorma Ollila Nokia Leave Next Year

HELSINKI - Nokia Chairman Jorma Ollila ready to leave office next year, as already announced last September. Even so he insisted on not going away just before the time specified.

"As planned, the nomination committee of the Board of Directors has started looking for a new chairman for thinking I would not be elected again," said by Ollila before the annual general meeting participant quoted Nokia Cellular News, on Thursday (05/05/2011).

At the rally, Ollila Nokia reiterated its commitment to help through the transition in developing Windows-based smartphones Phone.Ollila realize the magnitude of the challenge the company in gaining market share, following the storming of the new smart phones on the market.

"Last year really heavy, and I am sure this year will also be presenting the same challenges," he explained.
