Optimus Big is 'Giant' Smartphone released by Android LG

SEOUL - After the success of Optimus One and Me, LG is preparing to bring Android phones with a much larger size of Optimus Big.

Big roughtly Optimus Optimus is similar to the LG Black introduced in the International Consumer Electronics Show 2011, in Las Vegas earlier. Actually Optimus Black himself has not been officially released by the South Korean vendors.

Quoted via Social Media, on Wednesday (30/03/2011), Big Optimus comes with a screen size at 4.3 inches with single-core processor 1GHz Snapdragon. Meanwhile, a layer of the touch screen display NOVA will use the technology.

LG Big Optimus itself will use the Android operating system 2.2 (Froyo) or with an upgrade to the latest version 2.3 (Gingerbrad).

Unfortunately not yet known when the Big Optimus will be officially launched, including full specifications and whether in conjunction with Optimus Black. But South Korea will likely become the first country kehadian this smart phone.
