SAN FRANCISCO - The number of applications available for iPhone (Apple) or Android-based devices sometimes confuse users. Now, users can 'ask for' help of Yahoo to find suitable applications for them.
Yahoo Help to make easy for Users to Find Smartphone Applications
Yahoo announced the presence App Search (for a desktop computer or PC) as well as a free App Spot program designed to help Internet users find the applications they want through Apple's App Store and Android Market.
"App App Search and Spot do 'work' them to find applications that fit with your life," according to Yahoo's statement as quoted by AFP on Thursday (06/16/2011).
"Both of these services allow users to assess an application by presenting a comprehensive description as well as the application name, price, ratings from other users as well as screenshots of her," explains Yahoo.
In comparison, the current App Store has over 425 thousand applications available for a variety of their gadgets. While the Android Market has recorded a number of 20o thousand applications will still continue to grow.
